20－300ml Intelligent ECO Filling Line

It is suitable for bottles of the volume less than 300ml, which consists of automatic bottles unscrambler, servo volumetric filling machine, in-line capping machine, slant, non-caps, non-aluminum foil caps automatic rejecting, aluminum foil sealing machine with bottles spinning, caps screwing machine, automatic labeling machine and conveying system.

● It is intelligent, only requires 3 people (one operator, two assistants) to run this line.
● The unscrambler works fast and suitable for flat and round bottles, and easy adjustment with no module fixed. The conveying belt is equipped with vacuum suction for stable running of small bottles.
● Filling & Capping machine has good coordination. The servo volumetric filling ensures high precision; linear capping is easy for adjustment.
● Slant caps, non-caps, non-aluminum foil caps automatic rejecting, aluminum foil sealing machine with bottles spinning, caps screwing system, to ensure all caps well sealed.
● Self-adhesive labeling machine with cartoning table, it is slim and for easier operation.
